• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.

• A clear, unedited unboxing video is required for defective/damaged item claims.

• Exchanges are only for the same product/model.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods, personal care items, intimate wear, custom-made products, digital products, and gift cards are not eligible for return/exchange.
